These Job Seeker Terms of Use (the "Terms") are between you and Avrio AI, Inc. ("Avrio," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the Avrio mobile app, web app, email notifications, and the AI interview agent Rio as a job seeker or candidate (the "Services").
1. Free to Candidates
Avrio is completely free for Job Seekers. If we introduce paid candidate features in the future, we will notify you before you are charged, and paid features will never change how your score or matches are calculated for employers.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old. Give us accurate profile details and keep your credentials secure. Detailed scorecards and transcripts are delivered only through your authenticated account.
3. How Rio & AI Evaluation Work
- AI assists, people decide: Rio conducts interviews and computes Fit Scores (out of 100) and dimension ratings. These outputs are recommendations delivered to employers to connect you with best-fit roles based on our analysis. Avrio does not restrict candidates from applying to any job. Only a human recruiter or hiring manager can reject you or offer you a job.
- Fairness: We do not score based on protected characteristics.
- Voice Processing: Where voice interviews are offered, your speech is processed in real time by speech models. Using voice features constitutes consent to processing under the same terms as text. We do not intentionally store audio recordings, and we do not create voiceprints. The text of what you say is kept as part of your interview transcript.
- Human Review: If you believe an AI output about you is inaccurate, contact support@goavrio.com for human review.
4. Acceptable Use (Candidate Rules)
You agree to answer questions honestly in your own words. You may NOT:
- Use automated tools, secondary AI systems, or scripts to take an interview for you;
- Impersonate another person or fabricate credentials or experience;
- Upload material belonging to a current or former employer (including confidential work product or internal communications); or
- Reverse engineer or attempt to game Rio's scoring logic or questions.
During an interview, Rio records when you leave the interview window, and may end the interview after repeated departures.
5. Your Content & Privacy Choices
You own your resumes, profile content, and interview answers. Employers see the interviews you take for their jobs. We do not currently use your interview transcripts to train AI models; we will ask for your consent before we do.
6. Account Deletion
You can ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@goavrio.com. We will respond to your request as required by applicable law and delete data from our own systems. Information already received in good faith by an employer for a job application remains in that employer's hiring pipeline and is governed by their own agreements with candidates.
7. Limitation of Liability & Legal Terms
- Disclaimers: The Services are provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or placements.
- Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVRIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO US$100 (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW).
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware or small-claims court where you live.
8. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date or sending a notification. Your continued use of the Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
